Return & Refund Policy

At WagsGo, we want you and your pup to be thrilled with every purchase! If you’re not 100% satisfied with your dog gear, we’ve got you covered.

Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the product is:

•  Unused

•  In original, resalable condition (including all packaging, tags, and accessories)

•  Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

•  Personalized or custom-engraved items

•  Sale/final sale items (clearly marked as such)

•  Opened food/treat-related products (for hygiene reasons)

•  Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

How to Return

1.  Contact us at wagsgodaniel@gmail.com within 30 days with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

2.  Ship the item back to us (customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective/damaged upon arrival).

3.  Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method (usually within 5–10 business days) or send an exchange.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please reach out within 7 days with photos. We’ll cover return shipping and offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Refunds exclude original shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error). Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
